Weight gain

It don't matter if it's because its the festive season or because you had nothing to do at home, or because you're just hella stressed to your bones, weight gain is almost always unwelcome. Us chicks would immediately start thinking up of ways to lose those extra kilos. But instead of standing on top the weighing machine 24/7 to monitor your imaginary 'weight loss', here's a quick guide on how to cope with weight gain; short of exercising, that is

1. Go online and look at pictures of fat-er girls

2. Get sick. Like diarrhea or something. weight loss fo' shur!

3. Do retail thereapy for everything except clothes. That way, you wont be reminded of how fat you've grown.

4. Watch the whole of Heroes season 2 in one day.

5. Whatever you do, don't look at lookbook.nu, or even think of joining it.

Darl, I know its hard to accept that you were once a hotter girl. but unless you do something about it, it ain't gonna go away. And until then, you can only hope that eating less food in terms of volume will make you slim.

Just dont get any fatter
